I’m Michael Muller, a “street style” photographer based in New York City.
Trained in Rochester, New York, Providence, Rhode Island and Vienna, Austria, I had a long career as a studio photographer before “heading out to the street” in 2010.
My photographs of real people in real places have been featured in a number of major magazines and websites, and I’ve worked with several contemporary luxury brands in fields ranging from fashion to scents to beverages to automobiles.
Besides my work as a photographer, I’m the Creative Director of Danto, a New York-based American luxury and lifestyle brand that, as our mission statement puts it, “seeks to erase the divide between the runway and the street.”
I can often be found behind my lens on the fringes of major establishment events such as Paris Fashion Week and the Met Gala, in my quest to capture tomorrow’s design trends today.
